Why we need you

As our products continue to innovate the industry, we’re experiencing significant growth. And with that growth comes the need for an experienced Commercial Manager to spearhead our commercial team, to make sure our portfolio products expand rapidly and to take L1NDA to the next level of commercial growth.


As our Commercial Manager, you’ll have a strong voice both internally and externally. You’ll unleash the maximum potential of our Amsterdam-based commercial team, while working closely with both customers and partners to strengthen L1NDA’s position in today’s competitive market.


What you’ll be doing

  • Taking a hands-on approach, you’ll define and roll out essential growth strategies for both of our SaaS products

  • Maximising the potential of our marketing & commercial team, leading by example to get the best out of everyone

  • Working close with the CEO and CTO for alignment and discussing main strategies and results

  • Maintaining a close relationship with our marketing and development teams - because flawless communication means flawless products

  • With an active presence among our market, customers, partners and team, you’re never afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in

  • You’ll always be looking to improve - working harder, faster or smarter to deliver the best results

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a successful commercial lead
  • You are adventurous, you don’t accept failure and want to push our company to its limits
  • You’re a team player with strong analytical and organisational skills
  • A healthy dose of interest in technology
  • You thrive on creativity but can also prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English to navigate the market and engage with our international team
